Location was good. With a lot of shops and cafés.

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We first encountered problems with the booking process, including what felt like intentional blocking of online payments to make us cancel the Booking.com reservation. Upon arrival, we were informed that the apartment we had reserved was overbooked and we were placed in a completely different unit for the first night. The substitute apartment we were given was on the ground floor, and it was incredibly noisy — we could clearly hear cars, people talking, and general street activity even at 3 AM, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The following day, we were moved to another location, which was still being prepared for guests. Although we were at least allowed to leave our luggage, the place was far from ready. That evening, we discovered there was no hot water, which was highly inconvenient. We complained about that to the owner and he claimed to enable the hot water... But that did not happen. Both morning and evening showers were cold. Additionally, there were no bedding covers provided, and the pillows on the sofa seemed dirty (used or stale) and the towels had had an unpleasant, chemical smell, we couldn’t use them at all. The bathroom also had several issues: it looked poorly maintained, and some elements were damaged — for example, the shower screen wouldn’t close properly making the whole floor wet when taking a shower. Overall, the experience was chaotic, uncomfortable, and far below any acceptable standard. I cannot recommend this property.
