Que no haya cobertura para llamadas de teléfono. Que no funcionase el ventilador del techo. La habitación de los chicos es muy pequeña y no tiene A/A ni ventilador de techo.

Very nicely appointed apartment with a sea view from the balcony. There is a small beach with a beach bar about 10 minutes walk away. A welcome kit including cleaning materials and a dishwasher tablet as well as a washing machine tablet is provided to get you through the first day or two. Easy parking on the street although in theory there is also a private parking space but we never found the need to use it. The wifi in the apartment has a fibre connection and is excellent.

This is not a list of things I didn't like, just a few things the visitor should be aware of. Telephone reception using Vodafone or Telekom is non-existant in the apartment, it was necessary to wander around in the street a bit to get even a minimal signal. Other providers may give better results. First access to the apartment is by installing the Nuki app. Nuki list a bunch of advertisers like Google ads and so on as there business partners so I'll probably be getting a lot more junk mail. Unfortunately the Nuki app did not work, I had to phone the emergency number (see comment above about phone reception) and they opened the door for me. Once inside there was a set of real keys so we never needed to try the app again and I deleted it.
