Great size apartment equipped with everything you need.

Location for parking. Difficult to find initially.

The property had everything we needed. Very well equipped. The host was excellent. Great communication.

Nothing we did not like.

Lovely spacious apartment in a great location and very child friendly.

The apartment was so poor we could not stay in it. we took a sort video and left . the contact person sent us a text offering us our money back. we had to book alternative accommodation. The Co tact person is a polish telephone number . we ver spoke with them only text.

Not thing we did not stay there as it was not habitable . the treatment we have received from booking .com is equally as bad as what we have received from the apparent ent owners

key pick up was easy. the apartment is comfortable and clean. Good value

Communication was poor. sending the pick up instructions via a message on an app on the day of arrival is risky (because, as it happens, my data roaming did not work immediately after I landed in Alicante) This causes extra stress for no reason. There are easier and less stressy ways of maintaining security. The apartment itself is very spacious and well laid out. However there are several things to be aware of. The walls are thin. From my bedroom I could hear the neighbors kids crying, people talking etc... There are curved steps leading down outside the kitchen door, the lower ones are obscured and unlit. These almost caused me to fall and hurt myself. Old or infirm people would be in danger here. Also, If the back door closes behind you, it locks you out of the property. Needless. Once you get used to the particular 'features' of this place, it's a nice apartment, in a great location near the beach, and adjacent shops and bars.
