Las vistas y lo bien equipado que está el apartamento con mobiliario bastante moderno. No faltaba ni un detalle. Estaba súper limpio . Tuvimos una pequeña rotura en el desagüe del lavabo y en menos de dos horas ya estaba arreglado. Teníamos plaza de garaje . Y sobre todo destacaría la terraza con las vistas al mar y a la playa. Teniamos miedo que hiciera calor en el apartamento y ni mucho menos porque al.abrir laa ventanas corria el aire y no tuvimos que poner el ventilador que alquilamos. En la segunda habitación tenía un atardecer precioso.

No puedo decir nada que no me gustará porque el apartamento estaba genial. Solamente por decir algo que el ascensor para usarlo se necesitan una llave que no entiendo para qué . Pero entiendo que esto es de la comunidad y no del propietario. LA playa que tienen al lado no está mal pero tiene piedras y la arena es compacta por lo que tumbarse en el suelo es para poco rato. Como sugerencia unas sillitas de playa no vendrian mal.

La ubicación y las vistas. Insuperable.

Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen warum die gesamte Bewertung so hoch ausfällt, Möbel auf der Terrasse dreckig und der Tisch voller Brandlöcher . Tessasentür fällt fast der Griff ab, Der Wasseranschluß in der Dusche und in der Küche ist falsch angeschlossen ( Verbrühungs Gefahr speziell für Kinder) Unangenehmer Kanalgeruch im Bad.

Everything. The accomodation was perfect

Great location! Walk to cafes, bars, restaurants, beach and a market. Laundry in room. Sand toys. It had its own parking area which is really important here. Public parking is difficult everywhere. Ocean view room is a must! Loved it!

The guide could be clearer on elevator access. There is a key to use it in the room and we are seniors and didn’t know. Hauled our luggage up three flights of stairs.

Very nice and well equipped apartment in an outstanding location. Beautiful view and wonderful roar of the Ocean.

the terrace was really nice and the apartment was spacious and modern. everything was very clean! the woman who checked us in was extremely welcoming, as it was my birthday my husband asked her to buy a bottle of prosecco to leave in the apartment, and she went beyond that even arranging some birthday decorations! so we really appreciated!

we were in 2 and the size was perfect. there are two rooms that could accommodate in total 4 people; I think the apartment would be a bit tight for 4, with one of the rooms not having full privacy.

In 3 words: view, view, view! We loved this apartment because of the amazing, almost panoramic, balcony view of the entire beach and cliff area. So beautiful. Balcony itself was sizeable. Whole apartment was well equipped, spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We felt right at home there. There's no air conditioning but there are fans mobile standing to use. We found leaving the balcony doors and windows open at night kept the apartment as cool as you wanted it to be and let in the sound of the ocean - a natural sleep aid bonus! The building itself is generally quiet and peaceful. The location is excellent. All the restaurants, bars, shops, cafes etc are just on your doorstep. Yet, while busy with visitors from all over, the town is very quiet and peaceful - generally people are dining quietly and there's no loud music or crowds. Everything winds down from 11pm onwards. Great if you're looking for a relaxing environment. The bus stop is 4 minute walk from the apartment, with the 473 taking you either north to lis gigantes on 40 minutes or less, or south via costa Adeje to Los Cristianos.

The only drawback on keeping windows open at night is the bin trucks collect the town bins at 1am and the sound is quite loud but only for a few minutes. The lift was out of operation on our stay. There were three short staircases to get to the apartment which were not difficult for us but may be for some. So recommend checking if the lift is fixed if needed.
