"Nice apartment but a dreadful location outside, will not be returning"

Clean and a lot of towels

The outside of the building was an absolute disgrace and we nearly walked away , above a Spar shop and the back of it looks like a bomb has gone off

The location. Two bathrooms.

We weren’t provided with all of the keys when we arrived. The front door had a dead bolt that we couldn’t unlock for half of our stay, so we couldn’t use the front door. We had to use the sliding door and couldn’t lock it when we went out for the day. there was a front gate, but it was possible for someone to climb over the balcony. We weren’t provided with instructions to find the apartment. There is no signage and we weren’t able to find the building and had to go to the sister hotel to ask for help.
