"Great place to stay in the city centre with a nice view"

Amazing view from the windows, old city and mountains. Location is just in the centre, a lots of bars and cafe nearby, during winter holidays there were a lot of shows and performances on the streets, shopping mall with a supermarket “El corte ingles” is 2-5 min walk, beach in a 20-30 min walk, and castle is near also. Although apartment located in the hotel 30 stories building “estudiotel alicante” but it’s full featured apartment with a kitchen, microwave, even a washing machine, also easy to find on the map. Has 4 big otis elevators, never waiting long time. I’ve used Cabify app( same app in use in South America) for taxi from airport, it costs me around 30 € in end of dec 22. The host Eva, informed me about successful booking in advance and provide all the info for check-in. Self check-in by digital door lock at any time. I was just one person in an apartment, so for me it was big enough, but i think it’s good for max. 2 persons, the room is small. Shower space is big enough and comfortable. Bed is good also.

The price was a little bit high for me, because of winter holidays, but it’s obvious. No balcony, although it was in a the filter on booking, and espresso coffee capsule machine would be nice to have )

Nice apt with a very comfy bed, quite and in a very good location

As a suggestion would be better provide some blankets as we do not like use the heater. But fortunately was not so cold during the night. Thanks

Very cute and comfortable apartment with everything one need to feel at home! Comfortable bed and nice place to relax, work and enjoy. The bathroom was very clean and nice. Will be back!

A little noisy from the hallway and the street at times, bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper:) also had issues with one of the blinds on the outside as I pulled it all the way up (which you cannot do), and Eva came to fix it right away, so everything was fine :) the water in the shower is a little weak
