Los patos I Apartamentos - Segunda línea de playa - PARKING GRATIS - PISCINA

Pred prihodom smo dobili natančna navodila za vstop, kje se najdejo ključi in kako se vstopi v garažo. Apartma je zelo blizu morja, cca 150m, greš lahko brezskrbno peš, Ima zasebni parking v garaži in tudi dva manjša bazena na razpolago. Gostitelj me je večkrat elektronsko povprašal, če je vse OK in ali kaj potrebujem. Apartma je bolj majhen, primeren samo za dva odrasla, morda še za enega malega otroka - kavč v kuhinji.

Za nespretne voznike je parking box v garaži precej ozek, vendar naju to ni oviralo.

Ún falló es el aire acondicionado que tenía puesto un reloj que cada 2 horas se apagaba y no podías dormir con el aire o llegabas de la calle y estaba la casa ardiendo

El que tuviera garage y aunque es complicado aparacar por ser estrecho y con columnas es un punto a favor pq es complicado aparcar

El sofá y el que los dueños no se presentarán ni a darnos las llaves ni arrecogerlas y eso que llegamos a las 15:40 y la hora del chekking es de 15 a 22. Eso sí avisar de cuando hemos llegado y que la hora de salida era las 11 y que si salíamos antes avisáramos

Bem situado, perfeito para uma estadia a dois, boas instalações e bem equipada com todas as comodidade. Chega-se a todo o lado a pé Perfeito para férias tranquilas

It was mainly residential which we weren’t made aware of. Only had what’s app communication to collect the keys. Didn’t really really know who we were speaking to. We stayed for a month and it was basically a nightmare. Arrived to find bedroom and bathroom not cleaned to a satisfactory level. Bathroom having hairs clearly visible. Needed to bleached the shower area before first using. Balcony clearly hadn’t been cleaned prior to arriving due to level of dust and cleanliness. Next door neighbour kept 2 birds on the balcony and was a constant high shriek noise from 9am till dusk. (Have recordings to prove it) So much so the my wife couldn’t sit on the balcony for any length of time, therefore spoiling our experience. Permanent residents had dogs which were a constant noise with their barking. Wasn’t a sharp knife or bread knife and had to buy our own. Only 2 wine glasses in the property and no long glasses. Spare linen didn’t fit the bed when we washed the bed clothes. Leaking toilet which dripped constantly. The water heater couldn’t provide hot water to give 2 people enough hot water for a shower back to back. The electrics kept tripping out when cooking. Our instructions were to clear the rubbish but unfortunately our neighbour kept leaving their rubbish outside his door, therefore our door, for days often causing a smell. Photos on the website didn’t match what we saw in reality. Door of the washing machine was hanging off. Arrived home one day to find dog mess directly outside the main lift which remained there for 3 days (again photos to prove it) Was advertised as having a garden view from the balcony but clearly wasn’t the case (again photos).

Dobra lokalizacja. Apartament wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty.

Kanapa w salonie do wymiany. Dość wąskie łóżko w sypialni, średnio wygodny materac.
