"NO CUIDA A LOS HUÉSPEDES, SOLO LE INTERESA EL DINERO!!!"

La ubicación es perfecta.

La encargada tuvo una mala actitud con nosotros. DEMOSTRÓ QUE SOLO LE INTERESA EL DINERO Y NO LOS HUÉSPEDES. Llegó tarde a abrirnos el apartamento, sabiendo que teníamos prisa por llegar a un concierto y habiéndola avisado días antes, a la salida desde origen y durante el trayecto. Le pedimos dobles toallas para los 2 días y nos dejó 1 de baño por persona y 1 de lavabo para todos; se lo recordé y contestó la mañana que nos íbamos diciendo que se le habría olvidado a la limpiadora. MUCHO RUIDO EXTERIOR en el apartamento, ya que NO TIENE EL AISLAMIENTO ACÚSTICO NECESARIO para la ubicacion, debido al continuo paso de gente durante el día y la noche (gente fiesta y gritando de madrugada). El WIFI no funciona correctamente (conexión lenta y no permite descargas y da problemas). Las camas son muy ruidosas. Dormitorios muy pequeños. Solo un mini baño y un sofá en el salón, pero especifica que tiene capacidad para 5 personas. Escasez de armarios para ordenar la ropa. Escasez de utensilios de cocina. Solo nos dejó 2 llaves de casa para 4 personas. La TV es pequeña y desfasada. Evidentemente no volveremos ni aconsejamos este alojamiento.

En general, muy bien. Lo que más nos gustó es que es amplio, luminoso y está bien ubicado.

Las sillas del salón las cambiaría o las volvería a tapizar. El resto muy bien

Excellent location and very responsive staff. You are in the heart of the city and can walk to most attractions and shopping. The portent is roomy and has several balconies with views of the cathedral. Comfortable for a family or two couples.

Not much, really…we were very happy there. The decor may be a little bit dated, but overall very spacious and comfortable all around, so no complaints at all.
