The views are incredible and the size of the apartment is brilliant. The bed was extremely comfy and everything that was needed were there.

Maybe a few more towels required for two or more people.

A great flat looking over a small beach with direct view of the ocean and La Gomera. Very comfortable all equipment needed was there apart from a cafetiere. Comfy bed with great pillows and option of bed settee if someone snoring! We really relaxed when we were there which says a lot.

We struggled to find the key box initially there should be another photo to include the position on the street. We met another couple later same evening also struggling to find it. It's not obvious.. although when you find it you wonder how you missed it! We like coffee in the morning and those coffee machines aren't great.. we needed a cafetiere so much we bought one and left it in the apartment. I hope its still there if we come back!

View and location is amazing!

WiFi - consider that there isn’t any wifi

If you want a sea view and a quiet location, then Neptuno is it! There are plenty of restaurants to choose from within 1-10min walk along with local supermarkets The decor and facilities are excellent and the local agents are very responsive and couldn't be more helpful.

The wifi access is poor but we still managed to watch Netflix

Incredible location with a view that can’t be beat. The beach is literally just around the corner. The hosts are very accommodating and communicative, both before and during the stay. Also the bed was very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom door sticks when it is closed all the way - once it clicks closed, sometimes the handle won’t turn to open again. You just need to give a really hard tug, but I was alone in the apartment without my husband the first time this happened and there is only one key (and I did not have my phone in the bathroom), and I had a mini panic attack thinking I was going to be trapped in there with no way of telling anyone what was going on. Again, once you figure out what to do it’s not that big a deal, but a little scary first when you don’t know!

Really nice apartment and great location. The staff were always super responsive and provided additional kitchenware when requested and fixed minor issues in the property very quickly

Nothing of any real substance. The Neptuno property is not new, but it is well maintained and quiet
