"Very poor"

The only good thing in this appartment was the location.

The description mentionned 45m2 when the studio is barely 35m2. Everything is very old and used : bed sheets, towels, cover couch, mattresses. We slept very bad and we understood when we saw how old, used and full of stains was the mattresses. It's a shame to rent a studio in this condition. They invoice 40 euros for the cleaning but it was full of dust and we found a dead and dry coackroche in the appartment. It's impossible to use the shower without having water everywhere. I sent an email to the rental company, they replied quickly but they didn't do anything. It doesn't cost so much to do a deep cleaning, renew the mattresses and buy new sheets to give a complete different experience to your guests. Honestly, I don't understand the rate of this appartment. I travel a lot and it's the first time i had to complain to the customer service. I don't recommend this appartment.
