Zona tranquila. Al lado de la playa. Con supermercados a la vuelta de la esquina. El anfitrión muy majo. Muy disponible a todas nuestras dudas. Y nos recibió con unas cervecitas y unos refrescos canarios fresquitos.

L'alloggio è molto grande e confortevole, dotato di tutti gli accessori compresi teli da mare, ombrellone e giochi per i bambini. I servizi sono vicini: spiaggia a bue passi e supermercato dietro l'angolo. Il parcheggio si trova abbastanza facilmente lungo la strada. La posizione è molto comoda per visitare l'isola.

Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto, il boiler un po' piccolo.

Alojamiento amplio y cómodo. Equipado con todo lo necesario,tiene de todo! La cocina también está súper equipada. La ubicación es genial para visitar toda la isla. Está en un sitio muy tranquilo y con aparcamiento en la calle gratuito ( se encuentra sitio fácilmente para aparcar). Tiene lavadora y secadora. Toallas para la playa así como parasol.

Punto importante a mejorar las almohadas (me tuve que comprar una viscoelástica para que no me dolieran las cervicales) El piso es interior (patio de luces) menos el comedor que da a la calle. El lugar para tender la ropa olía muy mal supongo venía del sumidero y tenía que tender dentro del alojamiento. Esa parte de la isla es muy ventosa. El dueño es muy agradable😀

"Quick walk to Playa de La Garita."

Javier was an outstanding and generous host. The flat was extremely well-equipped -- I stayed there a month and didn't need to buy anything but groceries. It's a two minute walk from the supermarket and a 3 minute walk to the beach. The bus to Las Palmas is a ten minute walk.

When taking a shower, the drain smells like sewage. Also, the water heater must be tiny because hot water only lasts for 3 or 4 minutes. Overall, though, I'm glad I stayed there.

Friendly host, fully equipped flat, fully equipped kitchen, location close to the beach, quiet street, clean, TV with Netflix, good materaces.

The windows could close more tightly but anyway there was not much noise coming from outside.
