"Beautiful view, next to the beach, nice and clean appartement"

The location right at the beach and the warm welcome of Laura, a lovely host who made us feel at home right away. Highly recommended stay for a couple!

Nothing, if i have to mention something: because the appartement is situated on the boulevard, sometimes when people were talking when passing by it seemed someone was standing in our bedroom. But that was actually sort of funny, it reminded us we were so close to the beautiful view on the beach, whole las canteras, the north part of the island and even the Teide of Tenerife:-)

"Nice apartment in great location."

I liked the location by El Confital beach and the private residence and also having a small kitchen so I didn't have to eat out all the time. The hostess Laura was very accommodating and easy to work with.

The street was a little bit noisy sometimes and the unit was on the ground floor, but it was not a serious problem.

"A different kind of holiday experience"

A different kind of holiday experience. Quiet location away from tourist areas in an ordinary working-folk's area, which we enjoyed. Great view of the sea and on the edge of a coastal path. Very good high-speed Wi-Fi.

At the end of the day this property was good value for money. That said, there was no sofa. The 'sofa bed' advertised was actually a single bed you could choose to sit on rather than a sofa that could be made into a bed. Not an issue if you're young and have no back problems. No washing machine as advertised, but the owner did warn us about this after we'd booked and said cancelling was no problem. No English language channels on the TV, again the owner warned us. The excellent Wi-Fi meant we could connect a laptop via a HDMI lead and watch Netflx etc from own account.
