It is close to the metro and bus stations, and the A/C was working perfectly.

The house was smelly and not clean (including the bed sheets, the cutlery and dishes, towels...). There was missing cutlery and we had problems with bugs like roaches and ants, even though we kept the house free of food out in the open.

The apartment is very spacious, kitchen is decently equipped with essentials for meal prep, it almost feels like home! :) I knew that the location is a bit far from the city center (3km), but the subway station Amate is literally just around the corner and only a few stops away from the historical center (5 stops, approx. 15mins to get there, a train comes every 4-6mins). The key retrieval system is very flexible so you can arrive anytime at the apartment and access it - the host provided detailed instructions with photos. Also, right in front of the building, there's an open area to park your car for free if you're traveling by car like we did, which is a huge plus as the parking in Seville was quiet pricey.

- The furniture in the living area are a bit too old and with a few updates, it would make the space look more aesthetically pleasing. - Wifi was weak sometimes. - The upstairs neighbors were a bit too noisy during quiet hours, moving furniture or kids running in the morning. The noise would stop after a while but I feel that they didn't respect the quiet hours.

Clean, quite, comfortable! The location is very good, 2 minutes walk to MRT station, and easy to park car nearby.
