loved the location really close to all historic sites and supermarkets, bars and restaurants but very quiet. The roof terrace was amazing, really large, with comfy sofa seats, with lighting, plant filled and tranquil. The apartment had been thoughtfully converted and fitted out, including first aid kit and umbrellas. The bathroom was beautiful as were the bathroom products. Good to note it's a historic building with a couple of low beams and the sleeping/ living space is one room with a separate bathroom. The space was ideal for 2 but a bit of a squeeze for 4

only improvement would be a creation of a breakfast bar/dining area inside. The weather was fabulous so we spent all our time outside.

The location was excellent! You can easily walk everywhere within 20 minutes. Communication with the hosts was insanely quick! I usually received an answer within minutes. I loved the way of getting into the apartment. So unique and fun. The terrace was a great place and I wish we had more time to spend there. You can find so many handy things inside, like an umbrella, a first aid kit, etc. The price was quite reasonable compared to the other places, which seemed completely overpriced because of the post-Easter period.

The ceiling beams were quite low, and we hit our heads a few times. You just need to get used to it and be careful. The funny smell coming from the bathroom - probably the drains. Closing the door and having AC on/opened windows helped.

Beautiful roof terrace and top floor apartment . Couldn’t fault it . Great communication from Gabi . Central to all the sites about 10 min walk from Cathedral . 5 mins from river . Easy to find - we got EA bus from the airport for 6 euros and got off the stop after the Torre del Orro .Lovely meal very nearby pork cheeks and oxtail at Bar Baratillo and highly recommend the Tablao El Arenal flamenco dinner and show . The food and show was fantastic and much better than the one we also saw in Triana . Highly recommend this place and Seville

The property was very clean and had every utensil you could ask for. We loved the terrace/sun roof. It is much larger than what it looks like in the pictures. We had a lunch time sunbathe and pre dinner drinks on the terrace. The location was really good too. The furthest walk was 20 minutes. The property is only 5 minutes from the Cathedral and the local street has some great restaurants and bars!

It was clean, quiet, convenient and had good facilities. The owner had excellent communication.

The odd whiff of drains.

Host was lovely and communicated really well throughout the stay. Check-in went smoothly and the flat is very comfortable. AC worked extremely well which was much appreciated, and the terrace is lovely. The location of the flat is ideal and is within easy walking distance of all the main sights of Seville. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend :)

Only issue is in some places the ceiling beams are quite low (I was fine at 161cm) however my partner (188cm) did hit his head a few times. However this was a VERY minor issue and didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of the stay!

From the initial booking the communication from Gabi (owner) was impeccable, she reassured us with check-in as our arrival was late. She made sure we were all good. The location is absolutely incredible, in the heart of it and walking distance to the touristy spots. The beauty of this place is, I felt like a resident and felt fully immersed in the city and culture. The apartment is super clean and spacious for a studio, the terrace is incredible. The terrace is huge and so romantic at night with the outdoor lights. I couldn't believe it was private to the apartment. I would definitely come back and recommend too.

It's truly hard to find negatives BUT my only thing would be the bed and pillows isn't comfy and this might be personal preference. Too hard a sleep for me, gave me a bad back. All bed linens and towels though were high quality.
