Nice, comfortable house. We felt very happy in the house.

Just some small things like a bath mat for the second bathroom, am extra towel, salt and pepper, a cutting board... There was also some confusion around check in. The ad said there would be someone to meet me at the house, and they would contact me to give check in instructions. They did make me fill in lots of info, but I got no instructions for check in. I told them what time I would be there, but when I arrived it wasn't clear which doorbell to ring. In the end I found a phone number and called. They said they would be there in 10min. It took a bit longer which was uncomfortable because there is nowhere to park and it's a narrow street. We had to move the car back and forth to let people pass. When a person arrived he was very nice and helpful.

Sehr schönes Apartment in top Lage

En general, con la personalidad de una casa antigua, está todo muy práctico y con cuidado en los detalles. Perfecta ubicación, ascensor, parking en el mismo edificio y dimensiones y vistas desde el salón y habitación principal.

Aislamiento general (de temperatura y ruido), especialmente de las ventanas, que implican un uso poco eficiente de la bomba de calor y/o radiadores en invierno. De vez en cuando, olores en los baños, aunque extractores eficientes. La instalación eléctrica, aunque fiable, podría actualizarse, sobre todo algún enchufe de la cocina y algún cuadro eléctrico con cables visibles. Aunque sin demasiada importancia en nuestro caso, al ser todos familia, una de las 4 habitaciones tiene la entrada a través de otra habitación.

Tiene una ubicación perfecta y el piso está muy bien

Creo que es imprescindible cambiar el sofá del salón. Es muy incómodo. Envío foto del sofá. La nevera suelta agua; es porque hay que quitar todo el hielo acumulado en el congelador

الموقع ممتاز ماتعبنا نهائي قريب من كل شي، اغلب الايام كان هدوء، عدد الغرف والمساحه ممتازه وفيه خزائن وتفاصيل كثيرة ممتازة، النظافة بشكل عام مو سيئة لكن تمنيت مستوى افضل. لكن عمومًا مقابل للقيمة وللقراج ممتاز

واحد من الحمامات كان فيه ريحة ضايقتنا، الاسرة المفردة صغيرة ومو مريحة
