Quiet property and well equipped

Not easy to leave the property as you have to leave keys in apartment, but need the key for the exit gate!

Very clean apartment. Comfortable, it had everything we needed, and it has two big terraces with great views. The atico is close to a highway, but when you are inside, you can't hear any noises.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious in a very nice neighbourhood. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment with two large tarraces on opposite sides so you can enjoy the sun all day long. Comfortable 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room with all necessary equipment. Located close to the golf course so if you are keen golfer this will suit you well. It is also located about 30 minutes from the beach and Aldi so you can walk to the shop if needed.

Apartment was probably used by someone who was smoking before us as there was a quite strong smell of cigarettes. There is a strict policy of no smoking inside but I guess the owners have no way of checking if this has been followed. We were leaving windows open and by the end of the week we have nearly managed to get rid of the smell.

Everything was ok. REALLY helpful and nice owner, well equipped apartment with 2 private and spacable terraces, pretty swimming pool with seaview, near to Nerja. We loved that place.

You need to know about near highway. You will hear cars from the terrace, but nothing terrible.

the owner waited for us with the keys, and very kindly introduced us to the apartment, which was equipped with absolutely everything, free parking within the property, everything very comfortable and very spacious

Spacious and clean apartment. A slot in the garage, large fridge. Good beds. Everything was as expected. Very good communication with the owner.

Location is not too far from everything, but need a car to reach downtown where we can find an Aldi and restaurants near the beach. Easy access to Highway and there is a mall with an Eroski supermarket not too far ( next exit of highway ) AC is good , the beds confortable, TV with Spanish Channels, Power socket near bed, ...all good for us. Pool is with salty water open from 10am to 22h00 Parking is underground and fit for a station wagon

low Water pression on hot water, needed to open a second faucet to make hot water start, Host said it will be solved so i guess ok for next guests.
