"NEFASTA REUBICACIÓN"

no teníamos desayuno, era un apartamento en la Av. Castralvo porque hicieron overbooking y de las habitaciones que habíamos cogido a un local reformado, teniendo vivienda en Teruel, fue lo NO contratado. Nos llamaron antes de 24 horas para esta incidencia y debíamos haber cancelado ya que no tuvo ningún incentivo, ni nos han devuelto parte de dinero.

Perdimos las vistas de la terraza, las habitaciones que habíamos contratado y la ubicación del lugar original para meternos en un local reformado que nada tiene que ver.

Esteban, el propietario, disponible y accesible desde el 1° momento .Nos atendió ,en cuanto pudo, las necesidades especiales que le requerimos.Ubicacion de 10. Centro total junto torre el salvador ,escalinata y plaza torico.Nada de Ruido. Apartamento reformados .camas cómodas....Tienes de todo.Si vuelvo a Teruel Repetiré. 100% recomendable
