La ubicación, muy central cerca de todo lo principal. Excelente relación precio calidad.

Nunca nos enviaron los códigos de acceso. Tuvimos que hablar por Whatsapp y esperar que los envíen, esperamos mucho tiempo en la calle. Había mucho olor a cigarro, no deberían permitir fumar, se pasaba todo el depto.

Localização

Falta de limpeza. O microondas estava cheio de migalhas, o chuveiro tinha cabelos e sujidade, os lençóis além de manchas e cabelos, aparentavam não ter sido trocados, e o chão não estava totalmente limpo. O quarto era super quente, visto que não tinha ar condicionado, apesar de o anúncio afirmar que sim. Mal entramos no apartamento estava um cheiro a tabaco insuportável, apesar de ser proibido fumar dentro dos cómodos. Na altura do check-in, não recebemos a código para abertura da porta principal; se não fossem outros hóspedes teríamos que esperar horas para conseguir entrar no prédio. Para não falar que na parte do check-out não houve qualquer comunicação; apenas quando indiquei que já tinha deixado o apartamento, é que me pediram para enviar fotos do apartamento na altura do check-out. Para o preço que paguei pelo apartamento, deveria ter sido melhor servida.
