"Cosas por mejorar"

Los colores de las paredes. Tienen colores que hacen ver los apartamentos mas oscuros. Para mi gusto deberian ser blancas. Que el check in sea a las 4pm y el check out sea a las 11am. es demasiado mal para los huespedes.

"schönes Apartment in sehr guter Lage"

Ein schönes Apartment in sehr zentraler City-Lage. Einkaufsstraße, Lebensmittel, mehrere Metrostationen und unzählige Restaurants & Bars befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Apartment selber verfügt über alles notwendige. Der Kühlschrank in der Miniküche ist besonders im Sommer sehr wertvoll. Den Rest der Küche ist minimal ausgestattet. Aber wer in Madrid ist, geht sicher lieber essen, als selber zu kochen. Das Apartment befindet sich in der 1. Etage und ist über eine Treppe oder Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Der Check in erfolgt online. Das bedeutet, man registriert sich im Vorfeld mit seinem Reisepass und bekommt am Tag der Anreise insgesamt 3 Türcodes übers Internet, mit dem man die Haustür, die Tür auf der Etage und die Wohnungstür öffnen kann. Das alles hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Außerdem ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter zu jederzeit über booking.com oder WhatsApp möglich gewesen und die Antworten erfolgten innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Wir sind am Osterwochenende in Madrid gewesen, wodurch es, bedingt durch die Feiertage bis spät in die Nacht auf der Straße sehr laut gewesen ist.

La ubicación es excelente . Es cómodo para estar 5 días.

La calefacción es por loza radiante, no calentaba lo suficiente. Si vas en verano no hay aire acondicionado , ni ventilador . Le faltan elementos para poder barrer El piso.

De locatie midden in Madrid, echt heel mooi gelegen!

Beetje een versleten appartement, maar ze zijn volgens mij wel bezig met wat onderhoud!
