Bella mansarda al 4 piano con ascensore fino al terzo piano poi scala a chiocciola ,bel terrazzino molto ampio sui tetti con poßsibilita di mangiare fuori con tavolo e ombrellone

Nulla ,piccolo problema scala per arrivare all'ascensore che parte dal pino rialzato e per arrivare dal 3 piano al 4 molto stretta on scalini a chiocciola poco profondi .Consiglio chi ha problemi di gambe se puo " chiedere pini fino al terzo

Centralissima e comoda per visitare granada . Appartamento spazioso con 3 camere da letto .

Küchenausstattung minimalistisch, zum Frühstück machen aber ausreichend. Dusche etwas klein

Ubicación inmejorable, apartamento amplio

Nada en particular, si acaso el ruido de la calle (que en los días de diario que estuvimos era más que soportable). Las camas pequeñas eran un poco demasiado blandas.

Awesome location. Walking distance to Alhambra, tons of restaurants and more. Plenty of hot water in the shower.

I am beyond disappointed with this stay. I actually canceled a night in Cordoba and switched from a nicer apartment to stay here, and it was a massive mistake. From the start, the logistics were a nightmare—parking nearby cost me over $150 Euro for 5 nights, and the entrance is difficult to find. The place was dirty upon arrival; the floors clearly hadn't been cleaned. As someone who specifically books apartments to cook, I found the kitchen severely under-equipped. No oil, no salt, no pepper, no paper towels, and only two coffee pods for a 6-day stay. It felt less like a welcome and more like a "f-you." The WiFi didn't work the entire time. I had to pay for an additional international data plan just to function, and when I tried to use my hotspot to work on my photography, it wiped my plan out immediately. The management’s communication was abysmal—they kept saying they were "working on it" but never followed up. I spent my Christmas bedridden with the flu, and I couldn't even watch a movie for comfort because of their cheapness/negligence with the internet. The "Soundproofing" (or lack thereof): You can hear everything. I could hear the downstairs neighbors' every movement as if they were in the room with me. On my final night, while I was still incredibly sick, groups of people were screaming in the stairwell at 12:30 AM, 3:45 AM and 5:30 AM. There is zero peace here. Even the cleaning lady would stand in the doorway below and talk loudly on her phone. Another thing, at one point the TV timed out every 5 minutes until I figured out a hard reset. Overall: When I asked for a modest $45 reimbursement for the data I had to buy, they gave me the "we have to ask the owners" line and ghosted me. They simply didn't give a damn about my experience. This was a miserable stay that put a huge damper on my holiday. Avoid this place.
