Ottima posizione, appartamento ristrutturato con gusto e finiture moderne. La proprietaria all’inizio si è mostrata disponibile e corretta quando abbiamo segnalato i problemi riscontrati all’arrivo, rimborsando anche le pulizie.

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato gravi problemi di pulizia OVUNQUE che ci hanno costretto a dedicare circa due ore e mezza del nostro tempo a pulire personalmente l’appartamento prima di poterlo utilizzare. Posate immerse in un liquido sporco, bagno in condizioni inaccettabili con evidenti tracce di urina, mancata pulizia, vasca e lavandino sporchi, polvere accumulata e sporco in numerosi punti della casa. Le pezze per la pulizia e quella per i piatti avevano un forte odore di rancido. Spostando il comodino abbiamo trovato polvere e insetti morti. Inoltre, il letto descritto come matrimoniale era in realtà di 1 piazza e 1/2. Abbiamo provato a utilizzare il divano letto, che era molto ampio, ma la parte centrale risultava fortemente cedevole e abbiamo dovuto sistemare diverse coperte sotto il materasso per poter dormire senza sprofondare. Abbiamo trovato anche poche dotazioni di base rispetto a quanto normalmente ci si aspetta in una casa vacanze: nessuna bottiglietta d’acqua di benvenuto, nessuna cialda per la macchina del caffè, assenza di sale, olio, carta da cucina, neanche un po’ di sapone in bagno. Mancava pure il telecomando del condizionatore. La proprietaria si è mostrata dispiaciuta, si è scusata e ci ha rimborsato le spese di pulizia. Tuttavia siamo rimasti sconcertati da quanto accaduto al termine del soggiorno, quando ci ha inviato una foto del lavello con alcuni piatti sporchi e ci ha accusati di aver preso il cavo di ricarica di una lampada. Abbiamo immediatamente risposto indicando dove si trovava il cavo, e successivamente non abbiamo ricevuto ulteriori comunicazioni sull’argomento. Inoltre avevamo già segnalato di aver utilizzato l’unica tabs disponibile per lavare tutte le stoviglie trovate sporche e che avevamo dovuto usare l’unica spugna da cucina per pulire il bagno, ma non ci sono state fornite. La proprietaria evidentemente pretendeva che dopo aver perso 2 ore e 1/2 a pulire la sua casa le lavassimo pure quei quattro piatti!!!

Wonderful apartments with fresh renovations and modern amenities. Very clean, with a large terrace with a stunning ocean view. The location is also excellent: close to three beaches, a promenade, many restaurants and cafes, and a Mercadona with the largest selection of groceries and the lowest prices. The hostess is wonderful, very caring and kind, always helpful, and we felt right at home. I can confidently recommend these apartments. A wonderful place to spend a vacation.

Absolutely beautiful fully equiped apartment with a huge stunning balcony. Great location, fantastic pool area.

Brilliant location, close to bars restaurants and shops. Well equipped with all we needed for our stay. Fantastic view from the balcony, which was well furnished and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if the apartment was available.

The key collection could have gone better - we were told to message the key holder but she didn't answer so we had to message the property owner to contact the key holder. We were left waiting in the cafe downstairs for about an hour however we were communicating in three languages so it was probably a case of lost in translation for some of the messages.

Everything was clean and nice. All furniture is new and spotless. Towels, hair-dryer were provided, the Wi-Fi signal was also good and the location is not too far from beach but far enough from loud bars and karaoke.

First of all, I was a little worried about renting this flat. I don’t know why, but I always feel unsure about these things. Renting a place for a vacation in a foreign country is often stressful. But thankfully, we really enjoyed our stay at Parque Royale. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The people managing the rental were friendly and helpful. They texted us before our trip with all the details and checked in with us on the day of arrival. The view from the terrace was amazing. Every day, we watched a beautiful sunset. The flat was comfortable, relaxing, and very private. There was no room or cleaning service during our stay, which we liked for privacy reasons. The kitchen and bathroom were also very clean. The furniture was nice. The apartment was a good size, not very big, but perfect for two people. There was also a smart TV and I enjoyed watching what local people usually watch. Getting to the apartment from Tenerife South Airport was easy. You need to take two buses, but the route is well connected and simple. The ride takes about 20 minutes and then it’s a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The neighborhood was great and the neighbors were welcoming.❤️ The location was also perfect, just a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach. We mostly went to Playa de la Pinta because it was less windy, but Playa del Duque was also beautiful and fun. Overall,a great stay!

The rain protection thing on the terrace wasn’t working properly, and it’s hard to use the stove 😅
