Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé, magnifique vue de la terrasse. Idéalement placé pour les sports nautiques (windsurf, kitesurf, wingfoil) et pas loin des commerces.

Parking un peu compliqué dans El Médano. Parfois un peu de bruit quand les gens font la fête sur la promenade le long de la mer. S'il fait très chaud, pas d'air conditonné dans l'appartement.

"Definitely a place to come again."

The location is fantastic, practically direct at the beach, the view from the balcony is lovely. Lots of room in the flat and plenty of cushions/pillows. We were able to cook our meals but also numerous restaurants and cafes close by, supermarkets and banks too. Wifi is very strong. Comfortable bathroom. The communication with Rosalia was very pleasant.

Not really a negative but the flat has had wear and tear. The bedroom window opens up to an ugly space. A small kitchen knife would be helpful.
