Spacious. Clean. Cool in the heat. Homely. And a great location. Beautiful views and perfect terrace.

A lot of steps so wasn’t accessible to other family members in the same location due to disabilities. Just outside the gate there was also a narrow footpath with an open drop that I believe should have some kind of security barrier on it. Ok for adults but would be wary if children staying.

The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city center and the beach. The best thing about the house is its proximity to the beach "Playa de Burriana," just a 5-minute walk away, and the stunning views. From the balcony, you can see the ocean on one side and magnificent mountains on the other, which are immaculate. The overall impression is positive, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the place to anyone looking for a memorable vacation.
