La ubicación, cerca de comercios y conexiones a toda la isla pero en calle tranquila.

Poca ventilación y se notaba humedad en el ambiente, tuvimos una goteras en el techo que hizo la estancia con un pequeño un poco incomoda

La ubicación y el espacio.

No es una buena impresión abrir la puerta y encontrarte con más de 10 cucarachas muertas por todos lados, entiendo que es el resultado de la desinfección y la limpieza, pero cuidado...,, con ello.., porque si esta desinfección no se hace a menudo significa que la estancia es propicia para ellas.
