La ubicación sin duda inmejorable.

Me mandaron el código de entrada para poder acceder cuando aún no estaba limpio el apartamento. Las toallas estaban casi todas negras, muy sucias. Y la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, muchas pelusas y incluso tapones de botella bajo las camas. No me parece bien que cobren suplemento de 20 euros por la cuna, he estado en mil hoteles y apartamentos que te la ponen sin gasto adicional.

Appartamento enorme in ottima posizione , dotato di tutti i confort. Bagni vecchiotti, ma dotati di bidet.

.L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione. Gli infissi del salone non si chiudevano bene e entrava aria fredda, anche la porta di una camera rimaneva accostata non permettendo sufficiente privacy, i sanitari di alcuni bagni erano vecchi e alcuni rubinetti erano intasati. Abbiamo trovato l'appartanto non troppo pulito, soprattutto la zona cucina e i mobili erano pieni di polvere. Peccato , perchè per dimensioni e posizione potrebbe essere un appartamento eccezionale . Consiglierei di mettere dei teli da bagno più grandi in quanto erano davvero troppo piccoli e non si riusciva ad ascigarsi dopo la doccia.

La situation, la grandeur, le nombre de chambres et de salles de bain, les équipements.

"Apartamento bien situado pero a falta de renovacion y/o mantenimiento de algunos elementos."

Sin lugar a dudas lo mejor del apartamento es su ubicación y el poder alojarse 8 personas disponiendo de 4 habitaciones, 4 baños y un lugar amplio donde reunirse. Me gusto menos la falta de renovacion y/o mantenimiento del estado general del apartamento. Silicona de los baños negra de la humedad, falta de mayor limpieza en interior de armarios, desorden general de armarios del pasillo y falta de renovacion de algunos enseres.

La nevera no funcionaba, se comunico el primer dia y nadie se puso en contacto con nosotros interesandose por el problema. Solo contestacion al tema el ultimo dia cuando le comunicamos que dejabamos el apartamento para que pudiese iniciar su limpieza. Menos mal que no teniamos previsto hacer ninguna comida en el mismo y estamos en diciembre. Era un puente lo que dificultaba la solucion, pero al menos que hubiesen contactado con nosotros, para demostrarnos algo de interes.
