Apartamento Plaza Nueva

Location was excellent, close to most historic sites and in a very pretty central area of the city with many good tapas bars and restaurants nearby. Taxi rank and tram stop are both very close to building. Building though very central, is quiet and secure and it has both lifts and air conditioning. The apartment is pretty, spacious, well supplied, and comfortable, with several bathrooms. It also has good shutters, very important in the heat. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. We didn't emulate our neighbours and hang our laundry across the courtyard on lines which run on pulleys from a bedroom window, but we could have. We did not meet our host, but he provided very full information and replied promptly to all our queries (we did have a few). He also helped us out when we asked him about storing our bags after checkout on our last day.

Really we did not have any complaints. A long-handled dustpan and brush might be a useful addition, I thought.

the apartment was spacious, clean and had all the facilities needed for a city break. Water was hot and beds comfy. Access was easy and location was very central to all local tourist sites and within walking distance. Communications with the owners was always, timely and helpful

Apartment is in a great central location, it is very large and comfortable. A lot of nice touches and attention to detail. Decor a bit outdated, but charming. Staff was very nice.

Nothing

The location is hard to beat. It’s close to restaurants, many local sights are within walking distance and there are plenty of shopping opportunities.

The couches and chairs in the living room are very run down and feel dirty. The only ‘blankets’ offered on the beds is a thin sheet and there wasn’t a coffee pot as mentioned in the listing. There should be extra kitchen towels to wipe things down and trash bags, this is kind of a bare minimum thing to offer guests.
