Bungalows Cordial Macaro Beach

Great contact with Ramiro, who welcomed us and answered all our questions within minutes during our stay. The bungalow was clean&comfortable, and close to all local amenities.

I have stayed at this place 4 times for over 5+ weeks at a time. It is a fantastic location with a larger than normal outside area. The space inside is also larger than most 2 bedroomed places in the area. Everything works so well with the services of Ramiro who will respond to any request within 1 hour, 7 days a week and that makes a huge difference for us given some of the issues with this place: 1) for a longer stay (past one week) there is no automatic cleaning or changing of bed linen service provided. On the last visit Ramiro compensated for this by arranging ad hoc cleaning services as a gesture to us. But this should be automatic every time and accepted by Cordial management as a standard automatic service . 2) The Sofa in Unit A needs replacing. 3) The outside BBQ is an old fashioned open Charcoal unit and I could not use it because the smoke affected the neighbours and us too much. This should be replaced with a Gas Unit. 4) The Pool water is so cold it is unusable by 99 of the guests, Its about time Cordial made an investment in Pool water heating. As the costs each year steadily increase Cordial group should invest more in keeping this place attractive with better facilities.

Ramiro the host was great from start to finish. Very informative and easily contactable during our stay. Property was perfect for 3 of us for the week. Clean comfy and close to all local amenities. Would defo stay again. Grounds surrounding the property were well maintained and clean. We was lucky during our stay as there was no one staying in the bungalow next door, so we had the pool to ourselves…. Even tho it would of been big enough to share ect. Very private and plenty of sunlongers too :)

Nothing. Everything was as it was shown online

The villa was lovely, fabulous yet understated restaurant right next door. Clean, well stocked appartment with comfortable beds. Great location. Lovely garden. Everything we needed. Two large double rooms and 3 bathrooms. Utility room kitchen and large living/dining room. Ramiro answered my text messages immediately and was really helpful. Parking is free on the roads around these apartments.

No aircon, so I would only stay out of season. Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, loo rolls and coffee pods are provided but nothing else at all. I would bring salt, pepper, teabags and anything else you wouldn't want to buy on large packs. But I can understand why.

Everything, It was perfect in every way

We had a two week stay & I would have thought the bedding would have been changed after the first week, That said fresh bedding was supplied when requested.
