Luxury Townhouse Oasis Fanabe (3 bedrooms)

Stayed in many places in adje This was very comfortable clean and perfectly situated owners lovely highway recommend perfect house

The flat is well furnished, and the condo pool is essential since you are far from the sea. 15min by car from the airport.

The flat has no view and not much light. The third bedroom is in the basement. Quite far from the seaside, you have to cross the speedway to reach Adeje.

Good apartment. Good pool. Good frige.

One bedroom had not aircon.

In quiet location for family with kids are perfect! 15 minutes walk to promenade to restaurants and bars! The apartment is big and new, has a private backyard terrace. Well equipped and really cosy!

Unfortunately one of the bathroom was linked to the kitchen in the entrance area, which was not described correctly. The 3rd bedroom is I. The underground level, during the night you can hear the noises from the garage!

The location is good if you don't like being in the heart of everything, maybe a good 20mins walk into the main bit of Adeje, which we didn't mind as we like the walk. (we had 4 young children with us) Siam park and Aqualand are only a short taxis away. Monkey Park is near also so it is a good location in these terms. It's a 5minute walk to a shopping complex called X-Sur which had a mercadona supermarket, a kids play area and a few different restaurants(Mexican, chiense, Greek etc..) which was handy and a McDonalds/Burger king if the kids fancied this. The house was lovely, very bright and clean and had everything you need with a lovely garden area at the back and a small garden at the front with a gas BBQ. There were beach towels for us to use too. The pool was lovely and was always easy to get sunbeds. It also had a shallow pool which was great for our youngest. We would definitely go back again.

Apart from the shopping complex, it was a good 20min walk to the beach(main part of Adeje) and if you decided to walk it back it was all up hill 🙃 but plenty of taxis about to run you back up again and weren't expensive so all good. The 3rd bedroom was down in the basement (beautiful room with air con) and with young kids ours didn't want to sleep down there which we had to put the fourbin one room upstairs but this maybe wouldn't be any issue with older kids /adults etc as is a lovely room. The 2nd bedroom didn't have AC and only a fan.

All facilities, with domestic appliances been spot on. The pool was just perfect for us,especially for the grand kids.

Has everything you need. Pool was perfect and always quiet so it felt as it was our own. The shopping mall that’s a 5 min walk away was brilliant and had lovely restaurants.

The apartment was very clean and beautiful. All the beds vere amazing. Complex was very nice especially the swimming pool area. A very good crocery store near the apartment. Quiet neighborhood little outside the busiest tourist area.

There were cockroaches that we had to poison two times. There was a couple next door who was fighting during the night. There wasn’t any gas in the grill and the best route to the nearest beach was through a very busy road.
