Apartamento Casco Antiguo Alicante

A really good use of space. The different floor levels give a spacious kitchen area either a full oven and hob. Plenty of utensils and preparation space. Lovely light lounge area. The shower cubicle is a good size, the shower works really well. The bedroom is like a pod but has a large size bed and enough storage for a week long stay. Close to restaurants, shops, bars and everything else in Alicante. Good value for money. Helpful host.

Bedroom felt a bit cramped.

Central location in the old quarter.Close to sights , bars, restaurants and not a long walk to the beach.NO noise from adjacent bar as mentioned in previous comments and we were there on a Friday and Saturday night. Apartment stylish, large, very clean and comfortable.Secure.Reluctant to leave it! Met on arrival (late evening )by a lovely lady who explained where everything was placed.Complimentary water and beer in fridge.Air conditioning and extra heater if needed.Great communication from host.Highly recommend and hope to return later in the year.

Spacious lounge but bedroom & bathroom too small.

Damp musty smell in Apartment. Heating didn’t work & nothing done when issue was raised. 3 bars right outside the window of ground floor apartment so noisy until 4am. Two cockroaches in the kitchen.

Pretty, quirky apartment. Great value for money. Xavi was there when we arrived - very pleasant and helpful. We chose not to cook, but the kitchen was fully equipped should you have wanted to.

During our visit, Alicante was cold at night but we couldn't suss the air con to heat what is a huge space. Could do with a larger, free standing heater for a quick boost.

Property in great area for all restaurants & bars

To noisy with the bar outside people right outside window drinking & smoking till 2.30 in the morning Saturday & Tuesday night.

Very good location, bed & quiet.

Very clean and well equipped property. Great location, close to castle and 7 mins from the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants near by. Very quiet area - we visited in mid-February. Great communication from host when property was ready quicker than we had arranged and allowed us to check in as soon as it was ready.

The bedroom was small and cosy but plenty of storage for your belongings. Separate showeroom and toilet, both small but OK. They were both very clean.

Location was great, in the heart of the old town with numerous small bars and restaurants around. A nice, clean, modern apartment Thanks
