Beside the beach and so accessible for walks, swims and runs. Good shops. Well equipped and clean. The agency were helpful

We might have been unlucky with the weather, but the balcony felt like it was in a wind funnel. The bedrooms are smaller than we expected.

"Roomy apartment on the beach with excellent comfort."

Perfect location 1min away from the beach. The house was roomy enough to fit a family of 5. The kitchen was very well equipped with brand new plates and cutlery.

The next door neighbor was too loud and the walls were maybe too thin. The kitchen would do good with a toaster more than just a toast presser. Parking in cadiz is not the easiest thing to do, although this is not the property fault!

"Si vas a descansar, los vecinos de arriba no te dejan."

Vecinos de arriba ruidosos, arrastrando muebles hasta la 01:00 de la mañana. Llamé a Rental4 para hacerlo saber y su respuesta era que lo sentían mucho y que daban por hecho que los vecinos incómodos tienen supuestamente motivos de salud.

Tranquilidad de la zona , cercanía a la playa y con muchos bares y restaurantes en la zona
