The owner is really nice and helpful. Everything you need is in the apartment. Stores are close, so is the tram station. The pool is nice. Free parking. Cold water and beer in the fridge upon arrival. Enough towels.

The bedroom got quite hot, even with AC on in the living room.

Location is really great, close to tram stops and Playa San Juan. Apartment is clean and cosy. Carlos is a really helpful host as well.

Everything was good shops local tram very local and cheap 1.45 euros to port de alicante owners very helpful and friendly would use again
