"Orio + Donosti = Playa + gastronomía --> Éxito seguro"

La ubicación, al lado de la playa con un parque infantil (iban 3 niñas con nosotros) y varias terrazas donde poder tomar algo, cenar o escuchar música. El jueves noche (víspera de festivo) estaba muy animado y abarrotado, los otros días menos concurrido y más tranquilo. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la playa, de Orio y a cuarto de hora de Donosti. Tiene 3 terrazas impresionantes, una de ellas apta para comer o cenar en ella o simplemente ver el mar.

La cocina podría estar mejor equipada, aunque para cocinar algo sencillo, tiene de todo. Es un poco más costosa que otras, pero ves dónde te estás gastando ese dinero: plaza de garaje con portón individual, 3 terrazas, salón amplio,... No es exactamente un contra, pero a primera vista parece cara, no lo es.

Las vistas que tiene al mar

Para empezar el piso se encuentra en un estado bastante lamentable, cosas rotas por el mal uso, le hace falta un buen lavado de cara, pintura y arreglos varios a parte de revisar menaje que las sartenes y cazuelas están para tirarlas.

L'emplacement est génial, juste en face de l'océan avec les montagnes à côté. Le garage est un grand plus car tous les parkings sont payants autour.

Il manquait juste assez de verres mais on a pu boire l'apéro dans des tasses licornes 😆
