Apartamentos Lavanda

Very spacious and homely. Set in a pretty residential area. Lovely private terrace. The shower really good despite being over the bath. A mid-stay clean and change of linens was included. The apartment has a private entrance which could be accessed without steps. Supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops only 5 mins walk (Tenerife has an amazing bus service). Parking near the property was easy except for Thursday mornings - we suspected Pilates classes at the nearby Tennis Club (which also does really good pizzas!). Good communications and friendly reception. Would happily stay here again.

Nothing. Though for anyone who has difficulty walking, it’s a 10-15 min walk down to the beaches/promenade which means it’s 10-15 mins back up with lots of steps. Not a problem for us as we came for a walking holiday.

What a beautiful apartment! Had everything we could possibly want, and more, for a comfortable stay. This place is definitely a home from home and we didn’t want to leave! The only place I would stay if I were to return to Puerto de la Cruz.

Not a problem for us but possibly something to consider for people with mobility issues is that the apartment is a distance from the centre and a strenuous uphill walk on the way back from town .

Great apartment, pity about the tv, but as we stated maybe that was our fault.

The room was v nice and has all the facilities you need. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, and it's very nice. For us with a kid of 2 was exactly what we wanted.

Communicating was very bad! Is just a person who speaks english and the phone is not with her. We talked with somebody who said : wait for me, I will be there in 20 minutes. One hour and a half later...Nobody came...apparently it was a missundersranding.

Amazing views of Pico del Teide. Quiet location, yet a short (very enjoyable) walk from the city center and the beaches beyond. Martianez shopping center is a 5 minute walk away, and has a fully stocked Mercadona shopping centre. Fully equipped property (including the kitchen) in perfect working condition. Spectacularly clean throughout. Large balcony with dining table and chairs, as well as sunbeds for tanning, and a full-cover awning for the hotter days. Parking was plentiful, and it was easy to bring all of our luggage in from the car without having to carry any of it up a single step. The views are lovely day and night... you will likely even spot a few parrots flying around outside, which was a lovely surprise. The bed was perfectly comfortable, and impressively large. We are already planning our next trip, and intend to stay in this property again.
