Perfect location , very clean and modern apartment. Staff very polite and helpful. There’s everything you need for your comfort.

I liked everything.

El apartamento es cómodo, y tiene todo para pasar una buena estancia. Está bastante bien. La ropa de cama es buena. El complejo no es céntrico, está en la zona de residentes del pueblo, da a una calle con constante tráfico. Para mí no es problema. Es cierto que no tiene sol ni vistas a la piscina, por su ubicación en esquina, las vistas son al apartamento lateral, que está realmente cerca, pero dentro es bonito, y cómodo. Es bonito y está bien decorado, como una casa, es muy cómodo. Te dejan algunas cosas Dino cápsulas de café, aceite, jabón, yo añadiría azúcar y sal.

El apartamento está bien pero no le da el sol, en ningún momento, por lo que el calor no era excesivo, un ventilador hubiera estado bien.En agosto es necesario ventilador para dormir. Estuve mucho tiempo esperando a la anfitriona, que no llegó debido a que se le complicó el día, pero pude entrar con los códigos, así que todo perfecto. La nevera es pequeñita y no tiene lavadora, son puntos a mejorar. Fallitos pequeños que no impiden una buena estancia.

I spent 17 wonderful days at this residence in Corralejo and everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, spacious, and fully equipped, with a lovely balcony to relax on. The pool area was always well maintained and very peaceful. The location is ideal – close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my holiday. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back !

Apartment was well equipped. Very clean. Everything you needed. Great location..easy to walk down to main town area. Area around the apartments very quiet...we will definitely book again. Host was extremely helpful nothing was too much. Host organised a taxi back to airport for us..very much appreciated - thank you

Perhaps air con could be a little cooler. That's the only little fault.

La ubicacion, cerca de preciosas calas y de sitios para cenar o tomar algo. Habia al lado un parking gratuito y siempre habia sitio. El baño estaba muy bien, con ducha.

Tuvimos que quitar todo el hielo del congelador para poder meter alguna cosa, porque estaba entero congelado. La zona para dejar los utensilios despues de fregarlos estaba muy sucia.

The only thing we liked about the property was the location. Very central to the Main Street.

We had a lot of issues with the property. First there was a bad smell when we walked in the apartment. We found that there was a bin in the cupboard and there was food left in the bin. The curtains in the lounge were all marked and the curtain pole was all rusty. The blinds in the bedroom were all frayed. The walls needed painting as there were lots of marks on the walls throughout the apartment. There was a bad drain smell in the bathroom. The toilet brush needs a really good clean or needs replacing it was filthy. The socket in the bathroom came out of the wall in the bathroom. We were not sure if that was the reason the electricity went off. The bathroom door was all swollen. We asked for the bed settee to be set up but that wasn’t done. That wasn’t a major issue but when we had to make the bed settee up we noticed all the dirty marks and rips that were all over the settee. In the bedroom there was a large stain on the mattress. All these points were brought to the managements attention by messages including plenty of pictures. The standard of the accommodation fell short by a mile by what we was expecting. I cannot knock the complex it is immaculate but there are lots of far nicer apartments to rent on the complex. I did not want to put a bad review on here but I gave the management company plenty of opportunities to reply to my messages but they chose to ignore them. All I know is that the curtain pole has been resprayed and they were going to replace the curtains. We took plenty of photos of the issues raised but it will only let me post a small few.
