Nice apartment in beautiful city. But please note that nearest parking space (on the street) approximately 5 min by foot.

The host did not speak English. It was quite difficult to understand how to enter the apartment, because the host was only on the phone and spoke only Spanish. Keys were left at the keybox and host informed in Spanish about code to open the keybox and which floor is the apartment. So - if you don't speak Spanish, it will be quite difficult to get into apartment.

Once inside the apartment everything was great, well equipt and very very clean, bed linen and towels were completely fresh and there was access to more linen and towels if required. We would definitely stay here again, great value for money. Strangely though, there were no cups or mugs for tea/coffee so we had to use glasses, otherwise the kitchen was well equipt, with a coffee machine, no kettle.

There is no car access to this property as it is a no entry road and parking is for residents only so we had to walk about 10 minutes to reach it. The number of the property is 15 but the door to access the block has no number on it but we had some help from a neighbour. We called the owner and they directed us to the entrance door. Maybe a picture included in their description of the property, of the front door access, would be helpful for future guests.

The house is nice, and in a very good position to visit Setenil. the value for money is excellent , it is a full fledged house for a very competitive price the main parking for Setenil is around 10 minutes walking from the house

Given the cold climate outside, the inside was very cold and only the living room and one of the bedrooms had heating, therefore in winter and colder seasons only one room was comfortable to sleep in. Bathroom had no heating and having a hot shower was almost impossible, due to extermely low temperature of the room. the heat pumps in living and one of the bedrooms could not cope with he rest of the house so if you need to use more rooms you will have to rely on electric portable heater and bed linen / blankets The main issue was with the managers of the house, despite my request of anticipating the check in (fully automated therefore no human intervention was necessary) from 20.00 to 17.00 noone got back to me We arrived at where we supposed the house was (no sign of tourist location or any sign whatsoever on the façade of the building), tried to text and phone the structure but no one answered After more than one hour phoning the number i found on booking, no one answered. they finally answered on booking messages and gave me a new, never seen before, phone number I called and no one spoke english, therefore i had to stop two passerbys and and them to translate what i was saying Since no one had to welcome us and there was no fee for earlier or late check in, i don't see why the code to access the house was not given to us at first place
