Расположение отличное. Окна выходят прямо на площадь с кафе и ресторанчиками, но несмотря на это в квартире достаточно тихо. Отзывчивый персонал. На кухне имеется необходимая техника, включая посудомоечную машину. При заселении кондиционер был уже включен, что было очень приятно. Рекомендую.

Amazing location. Right in the middle of Palma meaning everything is just on your doorstep (cathedral 5 mins walk). Great size, there were 4 of us and easily enough room to comfortably sleep and socialise. A bonus with two toilets and the terrace area of the top floor Appartment is heaven after a day waking in the sun!

There’s no lift, so you need to bear that in mind when carrying your suitcases up to the top floor Appartment, especially if you have mobility issues. We did it though (and so much easier bringing them down!)

The apartment was well stacked with everything you need, clean and perfectly located in Palma. Check in and check out was super easy and the host was able to meet all of our requests which made it a perfect stay for us.

Pros: Perfect location, right in the centre of the old town. Very responsive host, easy to contact any time of day via whatsapp. Everything was clean. Large, spacious apartment. Beautiful views from the outdoor private terrace. 2x bathrooms.

Cons: Not family friendly. Our apartment (with the terrace) was on the top floor, with no lift. 8 flights of very steep, porcelain steps which are dangerous when carrying a baby/ young children and pram up and down. Some parts of the staircase have no handrail, and the light is on a timer, so at nighttime, it goes completely pitch black when you're in the middle of the staircase. We also requested a highchair and cot for our baby (5 months in advance) and neither of these were there when we arrived. Not a great start after 12 hours of travelling with a very tired baby. The host was quick to respond, and these did arrive by the 2nd day, but the highchair was broken with no safety harness. The hot water in the shower also stopped working on day 2, so we were taking ice cold showers (nightmare with kids). I didn't report the issue until day 3 of 4, so I can't comment on responsiveness of a repair as there was no point fixing it so late into our stay. There are no bins on the street to dispose of your household waste, you have to carry your bin bags to a nearby square during the hours of 19.00-23.00 which was inconvenient with a baby (constant nappy waste, etc).

Beautiful and clean apartment with a nice terrace (2 BR with terrace). The king bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was nice and included a welcome bottle of Brut. Great location!

My husband is tall and the shower was a little short, but he made it work.

Good value, great location. Happy with comms, facilities,etc.

Great location. We loved the roof terrace and the views over the square. Comfortable apartment with helpful hosts who kindly left water and a bottle of cava in the fridge and allowed us a late checkout. It was a great stay. Previous reviews have mentioned noise and I just wanted to mention that it is quiet overnight and we slept well.

Amazing, clean and well located. Great communication with a host and walkable distance to everything. Rooftop terrace is absolutely stunning. Definitely will recommend and come back!
