Location, Location, Location - literally step out of apartment complex onto beach between The Beach Bar and Waikiki beach ( food options and cocktails are great at The Beach Bar) , excellent Irish bar opposite too and a 10 minute stroll to the music square. Even though we were so close we weren't disturbed by noise from bars later in evening, didn't really hear anything after midnight. Several express supermarkets very nearby and an 8 minute walk to the larger Spar which was excellent. The management company for the apartment arranged our airport transfer, we were greeted at the apartment to show us in and handover the keys. They also gave us somewhere to leave our luggage on check-out day and arranged our transfer back to airport, transfers were cheaper than we could have sourced ourselves. There is also a lockable safe in the apartment. There is a nice small seating area outside but we didn't use it as we were so close to the beach. Day 2 we discovered the iron was broken, messaged and a replacement was waiting on our return from the beach. We dealt with Marta who was lovely. For anyone wanting a night in, there is also a Smart TV you can use to sign in to Netflix. Beds were 2 singles pushed together, which we found to be very comfortable.

Nothing really - if I was nit picking, the water pressure isn't great so if a power shower is a must for you I'd re consider. Could also do with providing some wine glasses, there's just a couple of champagne flutes and a handful of glass tumblers provided. Think the sofa may have been a sofa bed but think it'd be a bit tight with 3/4 in the apartment

We really liked how spacious the apartment was and also the terrace was amazing. Everything was clean and functional. The location could not be better, just 20 meters from the beach and to the centre like 100 meters. And the beach bar/club next door was also amazing😂

Could be little loud at night but nothing that bad.

The location was amazing being a 1 minute walk from the beach and 3 great beach bars, was also very quiet but in the heart of everything

Modern apartments with full kitchen. Good shower and hot water. Efficient checking and out. Big sunken terrace with dining table, parasol and gets the sun. Almost on the beach and central. Good wifi. Great location. 2 Sun chairs and beach umbrellas provided.

No aircon, just ceiling fans and need to have some windows open all the time. Occasional noise late at night if you have front window open, otherwise it's quiet even though on the street side.

The location is fantastic for the beach and numerous bars and restaurants

Close.to.town and beach, clean, modern, very good communication from the agent.

For is, a bit too close.to bars where there is usually music.until midnight.
