Tropical Canary Home - Playa Del Ingles

Good location, not very fresh but still nice and comfortable apartment that has all amenities you could need for your shorter or longer stay. Rather big and good pool.

I truly understand that self check in doesn't work in some places but there is definitely more smooth ways how to organize hand over the keys.

Läget, nära till stranden, Yumbo, Cita, Kashba, busshållplats. Det fanns ett poolområde. I lgh Fanns Micro, vattenkokare, kaffekapselmaskin, utrustning att laga mat om man ville. Handdukar och strandhanddukar, AC , tvättmaskin Fanns. Mittemot låg också ett Hiperdino.

För oss spelade det ingen roll för vi lagade ej mat där, men det saknades en köksfläkt.

Great little apartment. One of the cleanest we’ve stayed in the area. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Pool was lovely. Quite close to the beach also if you take the elevator. Sun hit the balcony for about 3 and was a great little sun trap. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone :)

Tevoren was er contact over de tijdstip dat we ontvangen werden. Vriendelijk onthaal, duidelijke uitleg, alles wat we kunnen gebruiken was er, en zelfs meer. Grote fles water in de koeling, koffie, alles om even rustig op de bank te ploffen en bij te komen. Het voelde welkom. Heerlijk groot bed, extra kussens om de fijnste uit te zoeken (is perfect!) Dicht bij het strand (trappen lopen) en alle winkels en restaurantjes tegen over het appartement. Balkon, zwembad. airco.

Er viel niks tegen. Leuk appartement met alles wat je wilt. Was niet erg nieuw, maar alles was netjes, schoon en zeer bruikbaar. Even wennen aan de geluiden, directe buren, en op balkon omgevings geluid.

It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and had every essential required. There's a supermarket across the road and the playa del ingles beach a few min walk away. WiFi and telly(1000s of channels/languages) worked perfectly. The correspondence with staff was excellent.

The neighbours who 'live' next door were constantly on their balcony smoking, which then blew into ours. Not the landlady's fault.

Die Lage, das Schwimmbad

Für die kurze Aufenthaltsdauer wäre es schön, wenn einige Kleinigkeiten zur Verfügung gestellt würden, beispielsweise ein paar Kaffeekapseln oder Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall für längere Aufenthalte geeignet.

Les travaux de peinture de la façade pendant notre séjour. Mais nous partions le matin donc cela nous dérangeait uniquement pendant le petit déjeuner.

Posizione comoda sia per arrivare allo yumbo che per visitare Playa del Ingles, tanti parcheggi liberi e gratuiti anche di fronte l'abitazione. La proprietaria ha mandato Stefania (simpaticissima) a lasciarci le chiavi e a riprenderle il giorno della partenza concedendoci anche qualche ora in più. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario e anche di più, è pulito, spazioso, ha il wifi (cosa rara in questa tipologia di appartamenti) e la piscina è praticamente sempre libera.

Serena ist die Beste. Freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, sogar über WhatsApp. Das Appartement ist top. Sehr sauber, schönes Geschirr und ein riesiger Fernsehapparat. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. In 10 Minuten ist man am Strand von Maspalomas.
