Excellent localization, quite picturesque Casco Antiguo. Very comfortable apartment, A/C in all rooms and good WIFI. Good installations and parking.

Cleaning was not good. On arrival day we found, many hairs in bathroom, poorly washed dishes in the Kitchen and in all the beds fluff under the sheets.

The apartment was short walking distance from the tourist gift shop.

The apartment had no oven, although advertised. It was very expensive. It had cockroaches. No cleaning supplies. No tea cloths for drying dishes. No washing machine or dishwasher pods, although promised. Electricity went out at one point. Noise travelled through apartment block, could hear the front door to apartment block, we were on second floor. Glasses and mugs were chipped and stained. Shocked to discover that there were no fire escape, extinguisher or any sort of health and safety in the apartment. Was expecting more from the pictures, reviews and the cost.

to make it more welcoming for travelers from afar, it would of been nice to include 1.coffee pods 2. paper towels 3.large garbage bags 3. laundry detergent 4. dishwasher detergent 5. toiletries (shampoo)

Excellent location, very clean, comfortable beds. only issue was the showers were cold one morning

Very warm welcomed by owner. perfect location, clean, and owner was being supportive.

Well located, easy walk to sights, shopping and restaurants.

Hot water in showers did not work reliably. Kitchen hood and stove area was greasy. Hall shower had mold. Main entry door to to building loudly crashed closed when occupants exited causing building to shake. I realize this is ultimately a security feature. Parking is only for a small car, not even a medium small car can exit the garage without scraping doors.

Home away from home. Very spacious and clean. Lovely quite street yet very close to the main city centre. Nacho was very friendly and helpful.

The oven not working. Also not knowing that parking is for small cars. Not for family cars. However the safe where very good and helped to find parking close by. Parking is not free.

1 shower was broken, the other shower wasn’t working properly. parking location was very tight for our car which is medium size.
