The air conditioning came in handy after being in the beach all day

Entrance looks scary but is not that big of a deal

Very good location and planning of the space on the appartment

Easy to handle questions and so on, realy fast to awnser and truly Nice to deal with!

Bed quite Hard, occational cockroatch that we killed. Cleaning was not to bad but not super clean.

Excellent location - metro and various bus stops near by, seconds from the Botanic garden and few minutes from the historic center. It had all possible appliances, even though for our short stay we didn't use most of them - washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave. The kitchen was spacious and had all necessary tools and dishes. Some pans could be exchanged though. The TV was huge. The studio itself was spacious enough for the four of us to spend time in. There were no problems with noise despite its central location. The area was peaceful. The building it is located in seemed a bit off-putting at first as it's run down, but the apartment is renovated and modern.

The only problem was the sleeping arrangement for us adults. It has a very big pull out couch and also stairs that lead to a small elevation within the studio where a mattress is placed. That mattress seemed very hard and just above it were metal beams of the ceiling, making it difficult for an adult to climb in and run the risk of hitting ones head in the middle of the night, so we decided the kids would sleep there, which they loved. But the fold out couch was no good either as the fold out space had to be filled with its cushions, this way one of us had to sleep halfway on the hard sofa surface and halfway on soft cushions that constantly moved. The white leather sofa itself was very worn and should be exchanged anyways. If they would get a good new foldout couch, comfortable for adults to sleep in, then the apartment would be perfect for two people or families up to four.
