Perfect for what we needed, we were 2 couples with our own bathrooms - fully equipped kitchen, lovely and clean

The property is centrally located a short walk from both beach and the Old Town, lots of coffee shops and bars in the area

No breakfast but steps away from pastry and coffee shops. Location was great in a central part of the "city", with old world charm. A 20 mi walk to the "old town" and it's meandering narrow pedestrian streets. Elevator building, 6th fl apt with a narrow balcony. Enough to put a couple of chairs out. Over an active street with lots of conveniences, trees, bus access. people here spend most of their time on their feet it seems. That suited us fine. apt was ample, 2 bdrms, well air conditioned, and a full small kitchen. Andrea met us exactly on time to show us in. And was always very responsive. Great host. Famous La Conch beach is stunning with a mile or so promenade. Everyone was warm and helpfull. And we were in mostly 70-80 degree weeather while the rest of Spain and Europe was sweltering.

This is not a matter of "didnt Like", it's a matter of "we should have been more savvy". This is a top choice for all the reasons above, and for a short stay. It was not the best choice for our month long visit - to make ourselves at home, prep some meals ourselves, and have visitors from the states The furnishings are modest, no basic supplies - milk, seasonings, butter, condiments, oils, measuring tools, etc. Kitchenware minimal. And little clothing and misc storage. But we learned that the normal rental on these is for days or a week. And that fits the apt very well. We should have looked for a "mobility" apartment that rents by the month. I would certainly recommend Apartmento Urban for shorter visits,

The location was great, nice and quiet and a five minute walk to the beach. You could walk to the train station in 10 minutes and had access to many cafes, coffee shops and other shops.

More towels could have been made available.
