Ocean View Terrace near Sardina Lighthouse

La zona era muy tranquila, las piscinas naturales de los alrededores preciosas y los atardeceres en el faro eran espectaculares. Se veía Tenerife cuando el sol se ponía. Los anfitriones, Sonia y Víctor, de 10. Tuvimos un problemilla y en cuestión de minutos nos lo solucionaron. Muy atentos, así da gusto.

Por poner alguna pega, necesitas un medio de transporte para todo.

El complejo es muy tranquilo, las vistas son preciosas, la piscina la disfrutamos prácticamente solos. El apartamento es antiguo pero todo funciona.

La falta de atención del propietario. Nos entregaron toallas grandes un día más tarde, tampoco nos avisaron que había obra en el apartamento de abajo. Les escribí para avisarles que la cocina tenía muchas hormigas y no me respondieron, tuve que ir yo a comprar un producto para erradicar las hormigas. Tuve que llamar y escribir varias veces para avisar de la hora de salida y saber si alguien recogía la llave o no.

Pas de ventilateur et appartement très chaud l'après-midi, communication très difficile avec l'hôte, lit très mou (gros creux au milieu) , 1 seule patère dans la salle de bain, pas de coussin sur le transat (contrairement à la photo) , piscine sans ombre et sans parasol/transats, environnement à l'abandon

The house is located in an isolated area, far from other buildings, which makes this place particularly attractive for those who want to be closer to the ocean and nature. A car is required for convenience.

Comments regarding umbrella, that was supposedly was broken by us. It was not correct as this minor issue was present upon the first use. Just a screwdriver and desire could fix it easily if available.

La vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan et une piscine naturelle, logement en bord de falaise. Proximité avec le phare, 5 min à pied. L'appartement est très spacieux et bien décoré Le parking est facile avec des places dans la rue de l'appartement. Le calme et l'isolement.

Quelques problèmes mineurs avec l'équipement qui pourrait être réglés relativement facilement par le propriétaire: - le wc fuit obligeant à couper le robinet d'arrêt après chaque utilisation - la porte de douche dépasse à l'extérieur se qui fait que l'eau coule à l'extérieur et inonde la salle de bain si on ne prend pas soin au jet - les petits insectes qui ressemblent à des petites fourmis courent constamment le long des plinthes et sur le plan de travail obligeant à protéger la nourriture. La piscine est belle, propre mais nous ne y sommes pas allés car complètement bétonnée autour, pas ou peu d'ombre en après midi et surtout aucun mobilier style transat. Les points négatifs sont mineurs pour nous et le positif l'emporte largement!!!

It was so quiet and peaceful and the views were beautiful.

It was remote and the nearest shop was a drive away.

Very spacious apartment with few different areas where you can sit and chill out. Of course amazing view of the ocean. You can not beat the view and the sound of the ocean, this is what this apartment is about. Large balcony with table, also table inside so if it's too windy you can eat inside and still enjoy the view of the ocean. You have access to the small pool, it's not very big and deep but children (age 12 and 9) spent a lot of time in the pool. We bought 2 foldable chairs and left it for the next guests to use to sit around the pool or take to the beach.Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a simple dinner (there was no colander to strain pasta though). Some previous guests commented the hob does not work, it works actually very well, but there are 2 saucepans which are not compatible with induction hob, therefore the confusion(the tall silver one and small dark one). Owen is great getting hot very quickly. The apartment is a part of small complex, interesting design of small alleyways, overall pretty setting, only some parts are a bit run down. Apartment is at the most north tip of the island far from touristy places, which was fine for us, but you definitely need to rent a car to explore and go shopping. Large hiperdino is only 15 min away. Sardina has a pretty little beach with life guards on duty (from around 12 o'clock) and toilet facilities. Another large sandy beach near by is Playa Boco Barranco with big surf, restaurant and man made rock pool at one end of the beachFew places to eat out locally but check the times as restaurants close to the Sardina beach close early and are not open every day. Few restaurants in Galdar around the pl. De Santiago. Overall north part of the island is much more genuine than the Maspalomas (which is a tourist dump we thought it's horrible).

Shower doors are not fitted correctly and water floods the bathroom, we sorted it out by putting a cloth around the bottom edge to seal it.
