Por mejorar algo …. En el solárium algo de sombra … hay tumbonas , pero con el Sol de Almería , se agradecería alguna sombrilla , toldo … o algo … para poder disfrutarlo

La grandeur de l’appartement L’équipement il manque juste la bouilloire. Les balcons et le toit terrasse Accès aux piscines

Petit pb de chaudière quelques fois on passait du chaud au froid. Ça ne nous a pas trop gêné car il faisait très chaud. Une table et des chaises sur le toit terrasse aurait été un plus .

This is a very spacious, well-equipped, penthouse apartment in a great, and quiet, location 5 minutes walk from the beach and with easy access to Almeria and the National Park of Cabo de Gata. The owners, who happened to be living nearby on vacation in another apartment, were extremely helpful in sorting out the few teething problems encountered. The apartment has its own dedicated parking space in a secure underground garage beneath the block (lift from garage to apartment is convenient) as well as its own private roof terrace and access to a communal swimming pool and tennis court. A small convenience store is situated just across the road and cafes/restaurants are within 10/15 minutes walk.

The dedicated parking space is a bit tight - if renting a car, it might make sense to choose a smaller, rather than a larger, model. Despite what is stated in other reviews, the very helpful lady (Beli) who looks after the apartment for the owners, does not speak English but was able to arrange conversations with English-speaking relatives/friends if needed: if you do not speak Spanish get a voice-to-voice translation app on your phone.

The apartment was very comfortable. As a family of five we needed space. The apartment had plenty of that. It was fully furnished with Aircon. The apartment has plenty of parking and was located close to the airport. El Toyo has all the amenaties we needed. i would say you need a car to enjoy the local area. The hosts dont speak english but were kind enough to ask someone who spoke English to look in on us and complete the necessary paperwork a really nice touch that we are grateful for.

The pool shown in the pics on here was empty. There is one pool but the other one would have been a really nice touch.
