Very nice complex and apartment. Clean and equipped with everyone someone would need. Very close to shops and restaurants. The owner was very attentive and helpful.

Kitchen area a bit guddly

It was first apartment where I found everything! Very well equipped flat. I highly recommend this place.

Although you can make a draft, I think Air-conditioning is needed.

Great apartment. Everything we needed was present; the kitchenette is well equipped, there are even coffee filters, a mixer, etc .... There is a lot of light; the internet is ultrafast. The communication with Jun Carlos was perfect, practical and to-the-point. We felt very welcome. We slept very well (at night, the building gets very silent, at least when we were there). The location is good: a 10 mins walk will get you to the best churreria in the Canaries, as well as a choice of 3 hypermarkets (north, in San Fernando). The sand dunes are located south: 25 minutes on foot (or 15 mins, if you buy a € 1.10 bus ticket). We hope to be able to stay at this place later again.

The apartment was very good. So these are only soft hints for improvements: add a sponge for the kitchen, foresee spare bed linen for guests who stay 2 weeks and replace the sofa in the living area with a better version (it is rather hard to sit on). Guests staying at the apartment should realize that they are not alone in the building block, so they should expect to hear some noise from neighbours (the walls are not really thick) and annoyingly barking dogs (only a couple of hours during day time fortunately). But all in all, it was OK for us.
