Luminous & Cosy Down Town Apartment

Very good position in Ciutat Vella, and near to public transport to go everywhere (easy to reach also the beach with tramway line 4). Comfortable apartment, silent, fully equipped including air conditioning. Very nice and gentle host, that allowed us to do late checkout

We liked everything, only consider that is 4th floor without elevator.

The apartment is located on a top floor with may stairs to climb. However, it was feasible slowly. The apartment itself is spacious with all the amenities and great windows for ventilation. It is located on a great alleyway near Torre El Serrano and a short walk from the "paseo del rio". It was very reasonable to walk from the Train Station with a small suitcase passing through the Main Square.

The stairs were quite a feat on a daily basis with or without suitcases or grocery bags.

The location was completely optimal. It was quiet, but had fantastic access to restaurants and sights. We easily took buses, metros, and walked from place to place where we were, and were able to do so even more comfortably due to the amazing support and guidance of the host.

The washing machine was incredibly confusing, and required multiple youtube tutorials to figure out. There was also only one roll of toilet paper provided, meaning we almost immediately had to restock.

This place is fantastic location, basic but roomy, everything we needed.

Excellent location and it was very easy to get from the airport to the apartment, the host Victor was in constant contact on my day of arrival explaining how best to locate and travel to the apartment once in the city centre. Once I arrived Victor was excellent and gave a very in-depth explanation of the area and places of interest, he also provided varies restaurants and how to move around the city. The facilities in the apartment where excellent - wifi, tv, balcony and a kitchen with everything you might need. The apartment has air con which was much needed in June and also a large fan in the bedroom. Although the apartment is in a lively, tourist area with cafes and restaurants close by it was extremely safe and very little noise during the night. As a marathon runner the location was excellent as it is beside the Turia Gardens (a 9km park through the heart of the city). Due to this beautiful park I managed to clock up over 75miles running during my stay. Highly recommended.

Very well connected to old town attractions, all walkable, as well as by public transport (buses). Fully equipped kitchen. Kind and welcoming host proividing detailed information in city attractions

No real view from apartment and staircase not suited for people with large heavy suitcases (4th upper floor)
