Very well located in Triana Neighbourhood, 1min from riverside and 5min walk to Triana Bridge. Parking in a garage (included in the price) located 300m from the apartment (3min walk) - very convenient since it’s very easy to walk around Sevilla and very confuse to drive in it, Rosa is an amazing host, very joyful and gaves some tips for the area

Living room had a very strong smell of cigarettes. Apartment really needs an update (severe signs of usage in every room) and cleaning needs to be improved Very unconfortable bed with a very soft mattress and only a single long pillow Induction plate didn’t work

The location and parking was fabulous. The staff to get us to the place was great.

The biggest issue was there was an ant problem in the bedroom and bathroom. This made the experience very unsatisfactory.

There is a kitchen that you can use and a fridge to store drinks in the hot summer. The washing machine is good to had, but should be replace, same for the fridge. Beds were and the location specially was great. The center is within 15 to 20 minutes walking distance. Mercado Triana was extremely close, remember that it will close at 17:00. Furthermore the Flamenco Teatro was 2 minutes walk only.

The facilities are extremely outdated. The fridge is falling apart, the washing machine door was broken, so you need to hope that while washing that it would not leak and that the door was really sealed, and there was fungus at the rubbers at the inside of the machine. We cleaned it outselves before using it. On the picture is looks new, but in reality it needs to be refitted. Parking was included. We informed the acccomodation 1 hour upfront, but they managed to let us wait 30 minutes. Sevilla had a temperature of 42 degrees at that peak time. We stay in the car with airco until they came So we were not that happy.

The apartment is very well located, close to the city centre and the free parking was a big plus. The parking space was a tight fit for my car but everything worked out great. The person that recieved us at check in and the host were very helpful and nice, being always available before during and after our stay. The apartmemt had everything we needed and the entrance was private, secure and quite lovely, with chirping birds and a plant filled courtyard. We had a great stay!

The photos showed a bathtub, however the bathroom had been renovated and instead of a bathtub there was a shower. Everything else was exactly like the pictures in the add.

Location is perfect! In walking distance to city centre and also very quiet place! Recommended to everyone!

Location, own parking and air con the only things going for this place.

Check in was atrocious. Was supposed to be waiting on the street to show us to parking. We kept phoning and they said they would be there and we would drive back to the apartment and nobody was there. Four times we drove around the tiny, crazy, narrow, stressful one way streets of Seville to get back to the property. Nowhere to stop so had to move on when someone came up behind us. Finally they were there and forced us to go wrong way down a one way street because Google told them to. Then could not get out of parking garage . They made us carry bags up car ramp, back down again, up stairs, back down again, then back up the ramp. Hot and stressed we were not impressed. Apartment tired and run down. Bed very low and not comfortable. Elephants dancing on floor above. Very noisy construction work. Were told they would send wifi password to us but when I followed up with the owner they said there was no wifi. Who does not have wifi for the guests these days? Checking out we had to take gear to car, then open the garage door and one of us run back to the property to take the keys back. Such a hassle. If none of this bothers you, then make your own decision. We did not enjoy the apartment at all. The photos look good but don't be fooled.

The location is fantastic with all the major attractions within easy walking distance. The garage is less than two minutes away (on foot). The staff are very helpful. The apartment is spacious and there is pretty much everything you need.

There is no wifi. It's dark with very little access to sunlight. There were works in the place next door, making a very loud noise early in the morning.
