La tranquilidad, las vistas y el buen estado general del apartamento.

Realmente no hay nada que no me gustara. Como aspectos a mejorar, pueden mencionarse que sólo haya un cubo de basura y no se puedan separar al menos los envases, y que hay un ventanuco muy alto encima del hueco de la escalera por el que entra mucha luz a mediodía y que no puede cubrirse de ningún modo.
