Gut ausgestattete Apartments mit ansprechender Einrichtung. Toll war der Pool auf dem Dach, wo man nach einem anstrengenden Sightseeingtag in Sevilla gut entspannen konnte.

Die Kommunikation läuft über eine WhatsApp Nummer, die bei Standard-Anfragen gut funktioniert. Sobald man etwas außer der Reihe fragt wie bspw. früher Check in oder Koffer nach Check Out noch im Objekt lassen, war die Kommunikation etwas kompliziert, da dahinter wohl doch eine Art Call Center sitzt und die Anfrage standardisiert abgearbeitet werden. Wir hatten bspw. Early Luggage Drop Off ab 12.00 vereinbart und mussten dann 30 min vor der Tür warten, da unser Code noch nicht aktiviert war und es ewig gedauert bis uns manuell über die WhatsApp Adresse uns die Tür geöffnet hat.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, um Sevilla zu besuchen. In der Gegend gibt es auch viele Bars, Restaurants etc. Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen, alten Haus, das völlig modernisiert worden ist. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet. Alles hat funktioniert und war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zu Eva recommends war unkompliziert. Sie haben immer sehr schnell geantwortet und sind auch schnell tätig geworden, als wir darum baten, den Mechanismus außer Gang zu setzen, der die Raumluft automatisch "erfrischt" (was nicht notwendig war, da die Wohnung auch so einen guten Geruch hatte). Die Empfehlungen zu Bars und Restaurants waren sehr gut, und wir waren ganz glücklich, dass Eva und ihr Team uns noch Karten und einen exzellenten Tisch für eine eindrucksvolle Flamenco-Aufführung am Folgetag beschafft hatte. Die Straße, an der die Wohnung lag, ist klein und schmal. Da unsere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss zur Straße lag, hört man natürlich die Leute und den geringen Verkehr. Wir haben die Fenster nachts geschlossen gehalten. Gegenüber liegt eine Schule, aber die Geräusche der Kinder haben uns nicht gestört, zumal wir meist unterwegs waren. Das Haus an sich ist sehr ruhig. Von den Nachbarn haben wir nur das Klacken der Eingangtür gehört, wenn sie das Haus betreten haben. Also: für eine südliche Altstadt ist es vergleichsweise ruhig, aber wer etwas lärmempfindlich ist, sollte fragen, ob es im selben Haus auch anders gelegene Wohnungen gibt.

The location was handy to explore the city by foot. You can access local shops and restaurants within a few hundred metres. The apartment is nicely decorated and felt spacious - industrial modern look. The support team are excellent and respond to your questions or concerns immediately. I think it is a good apartment for 1-2 nights but not a full week as you just can’t relax with all the noise.

Apartment 1.3. The trade off about the location was the noise. It was so noisy day and night. I realise it was Holy Week which definitely added to the level of noise but you should know it is directly opposite a college. Also it depends on your neighbours and if they are respectful or not. Not really very relaxing. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There was no oven and limited utensils so you were limited in what you could cook. Also you couldn’t leave food in the cupboards because of the small ants. TV is basic (not a smart TV) and didn’t work until we fiddled with the aerial cable. The pool is freezing and really only good for dipping your toes. Not being able to store luggage on departure is a little inconvenient so we paid for local storage as recommended by the booking company.
