OFFICIAL REGISTRATION OF THE RESERVE: In accordance with Spanish law, all guests must be officially registered. To finalize your booking, you are required to provide the official identity documents (passport or national ID) of all guests staying in the property. This process must be completed prior to your arrival date in order to gain access to the apartment Tap water is safe to drink. Late check-outs without prior notice may incur an additional charge. Unauthorized guests: Hosting individuals not included in the reservation is not allowed. Violating this rule may result in penalties or expulsion. HOUSE RULES: 1. No parties, loud music, or disturbances. Noise levels are monitored in line with legal limits. Noncompliance may result in fines or removal from the property. Quiet hours: 21:00 to 10:00. 2. In accordance with the historic center regulations of Seville, hanging clothes from windows or balconies is not permitted, especially in a heritage building like ours. 3. The apartment must be returned in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Do not leave trash or dirty dishes upon departure. Additional services such as cleaning are available upon request.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
