Piso en primera linea de playa del Postiguet

Posizione comoda a 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e a circa 15 minuti dal centro. Zona tranquilla.

Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da una signora con un grande cane, che é stato fatto entrare in casa, in particolare in bagno, in cui si é messo a leccare i sanitari. L'ho trovata una cosa molto poco igienica. La cucina era ben attrezzata ma pentole e padelle erano sporche e molto unte. Ho trovato macchie e capelli sul pavimento sia in bagno che in sala. In camera da letto non c'é aria condizionata. É presente un ventilatore sul soffitto che, però, funziona solo con la luce accesa (quindi di notte si soffre parecchio il caldo).

Piso excelente, moderno y acogedor. Buena ubicación (la playa está a 3 minutos, al lado del paseo marítimo y a 10 minutos de un centro comercial) en zona muy tranquila. Camas muy cómodas. Muy bien equipado ya que no le falta ningún utensilio de cocina y nos dejaron café, infusiones, aceite de oliva,... Tenían sillas de playa, sombrilla, esterilla, toallas de playa,... En fin, todo estupendo. La persona con la que tratamos muy amable. Repetiremos

Great location, service that takes care of every detail and is very helpful, all amenities are at a high level, many additional but useful things are provided, such as a dryer, washing machine,Beach towels. I recommend them wholeheartedly!!

A great location just 3 minutes walk from the beach. A very lovely and helpful host. The location is also a pleasant 20-minute walk to central Alicante.

The view is of the buildings nextdoor and it was noisy on occasion.

Great apartment, had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. Check in was easy, good comms from Desi. Excellent location across from the beach but not in the thick of things. Apartment is on the side away from the road but still has views. Enough parking around the area. Would love to stay again.

Expectations and reality absolutely match. The location is just perfect — you only need to cross the street to be at the beach. It’s less than a ten-minute walk to the city center. The apartment has everything you need (even beach blankets). It can easily accommodate four people, as it did in my case. The host is very pleasant to communicate with.

There are no major drawbacks, but if I had to point out something, it would be the lack of a shelf in the bathroom. It’s quite inconvenient to use personal care products while showering since there’s nowhere to place them. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
